Find answers to travel concerns regarding pricing, permits, and booking procedures.
Our calculated taxi rental quotes include fuel costs, professional driver allowances, toll charges, parking fees, and road taxes. Inner Line permits for restricted zones in Sikkim and Bhutan are calculated separately depending on the headcount.
Provide your flight arrival number and landing time in the booking form. We cross-verify details with standard flight arrivals, and our driver coordinates directly over WhatsApp or phone call upon touchdown. We stand right outside the arrival gates.
Our driver stops outside the New Jalpaiguri (NJP) Railway station parking area. They will coordinate over phone to guide you to the vehicle, and can hold a custom nameboard outside the terminal platform gates if required.
We accept advance booking token amounts via UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, and Bank transfers. The remaining trip balance can be settled in cash or UPI transfers directly to the driver at the end of the trip.
Cancellations made 7 days prior to travel receive a 100% refund of the advance token. Cancellations within 3-6 days receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable since drivers and hotels are blocked in advance.
Certain regions like Lachen, Lachung, Yumthang Valley, Gurudongmar Lake, and Nathula Pass require restricted area permits. We require copies of your Voter ID Card or Passport alongside passport-sized photos 24 hours prior to travel. We handle the submission and approvals internally.
